An experienced marketing executive, digital technologist and content producer, Sofia's clients over the last 12 years include the leaders of civil society, politics and government, as well as corporates, sporting and cultural organisations.

Sofia has worked with these organisations, campaigns and individuals to use their position in society to create positive social change in-line with their values which have culminated in some of the largest social movements of the decade such as Marriage Equality for Australia.

In 2014, Sofia co-founded of Principle Co -- a strategic communications company focused on driving impact through innovative strategy and purposeful creative. Since then, Principle Co has become the leading agency for digital focused social issue engagement and has worked with over 200 clients internationally to design and implement successful campaigns.

Brand, People and Culture, Pattr

Sofia heads up brand, people and culture for the Pattr team. This includes leading a transformational rebrand project across the organization that delivered a completely new identity for the company.

Non-executive Director and Inaugural Board Chair, ProgTech

ProgTech is a growing national collective of progressive organizations - non profits, unions, vendors, agencies and grassroots groups - collaborating on tech to win. As inaugural chair Sofia supported ProgTech to achieve their mission of building a community of technologists, driving collaboration, and widening access to tech across the progressive sector.

Producer and Project Lead, Manic Studios

Sofia produced and led projects for Manic Studios, working primarily with the union movement and progressive organizations. Sofia's projects included content based deliverables for online (videos, infographics and animations), strategy and branding for campaigns (including TVCs, radio ads, printed materials and micro-sites), larger scale websites for organizations, and the development of web applications to assist in constituent engagement.

Producer, Blood on the Coal (feature documentary film)

This film traces the history of Australia’s Queensland coal miners and their Union from the darkest days of the 19th century to the daunting industrial, safety and community challenges driven by giant global corporations today. This feature has won multiple festival awards including Impact DOCS Award (USA) 2016, Global Film Awards (USA) 2015, WorldFest Houston International Film Festival (USA) 2015, The IndieFest (USA) 2015, California Film Awards (USA) 2015, Mountain Film Festival (USA) 2016.

Producer and Project Lead, Make Believe

Sofia coordinated the team at Make Believe and managed an impressive list of clients (local and international) in the corporate and Not-For-Profit sectors. Sofia has produced a number of projects for Make Believe including organizational websites, campaign microsites, email and social media campaigns, online banners, videos (online and TVCs), print (ads and DMs) as well as cross platform campaigns that make use of some or all of the above elements.
